Dear Guests!

Thank you for choosing our accommodation. To ensure a pleasant and undisturbed stay for everyone, please read and follow the house rules below.

By using the accommodation, you accept the house rules and commit to complying with them.

1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM. (Earlier arrival may be possible upon prior arrangement.)
  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM. (Late check-out is only possible upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee.)
  • Upon check-in / before arrival, presenting a valid ID card or passport is mandatory for VISA/NTAK data reporting. Rooms can only be occupied afterwards.
  • The owner will be present at the agreed arrival/departure time.
  • If you decide to end your stay early, we are unable to provide a refund.
  • Upon departure, please return all keys in full! A fee of 5,000 HUF will be charged for lost keys due to lock replacement.
  • Only the person who made the reservation and the guests listed in the booking may stay at the accommodation.

2. Payment

  • The accommodation fee and tourism tax are to be paid upon arrival after completing the registration form.
  • If for any reason you depart before the end of your pre-booked period, we are unable to reduce or refund the accommodation fee.
  • Currently accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer.

3. Use of Rooms and Furnishings

  • Please use furniture and equipment for their intended purpose.
  • Accommodation items (bedding, towels, etc.) must not be taken outside or removed from the house.
  • In case of damage, the guest is liable for the costs.
  • If you notice any malfunction, please report it immediately using the contact details below. Unfortunately, we cannot accept retroactive complaints.

4. Cleaning and Waste Management

  • Cleaning: once a week or upon guest changeover.
  • Bedding and towel change can be requested for stays longer than 7 days.
  • Daily cleaning is available upon request.
  • Please place waste in the designated bins; please do not leave it in common areas!

5. Dining and Kitchen Use

  • The kitchen is well-equipped and suitable for self-catering.
  • Please do not place metal objects in the microwave.
  • Please dispose of food waste in sealed bags.

6. Fire Safety and Smoking

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. It is prohibited inside the apartment! Smoking is allowed outside the building, in the courtyard and on the terrace. This applies to all alternative tobacco products as well.
  • The use of candles, tea lights, and open flames inside the building is prohibited!
  • The bacon roaster, cauldron cooking facilities, and grill in the courtyard may be used at your own risk in accordance with fire safety regulations.

7. Child-friendly Equipment

  • A crib, high chair, baby bath, and toys are available upon request.

8. Pets

  • Pets are allowed for an additional fee. If the pet causes damage to furnishings or equipment, the owner of the pet is liable for repair costs.

9. Wi-Fi / Parking

  • Free Wi-Fi is available.
  • Parking is free within the courtyard area.

10. Quiet Hours

  • Please refrain from loud noise and music between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

11. Liability and Exclusions

The Guest uses the accommodation services at their own risk during the entire stay and bears full responsibility for other guests and their conduct as well.

The host is not liable for:

  • natural disasters (e.g., storms, hail),
  • power, water, or internet outages caused by service providers,
  • accidents, personal injuries, or property damage.

Violation of the house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay.

12. Lost Valuables

Items left in the room can be stored for up to 1 week, and upon request, we will mail them to the address provided.

13. Guests at the Accommodation

Only registered and reported guests from the booking are allowed to enter the guest house premises, including both indoor and outdoor areas. Receiving outside visitors is only possible with the prior written consent of the host.

If the host becomes aware that unregistered persons are staying at the accommodation, they are entitled to terminate the stay with immediate effect, while retaining the full booking fee, in accordance with the late cancellation policy.
